We take our own Harman's Really-Aged Cheddar to the Fox Country Smoke House in Canterbury, New Hampshire. They hickory smoke the Cheddar just enough to enhance the flavor without masking our cheddar's unique taste.  The Smoked Cheddar is from our Vintage 2021, aged two years.
