A handsome, natural beechwood board providing the perfect surface for cutting a pound block of Harman's Really-Aged Cheddar with its stainless steel wire slicer. The board has non-slip rubber feet to protect your counter-top.

The replaceable stainless steel cutting wire has a lifetime warranty.  If it does break, send in your broken wire to Prodyne to receive a free new wire.  If you use your cutter as much as we do, the wire will eventually break. You can order additional wires for $1.00 each from Prodyne.  We try to keep one or two wires on hand at our business.

Every cheese lover would enjoy this cheese slicer. A Harman’s one-pound block of Cheddar or any of the 6-8 oz Cheeses are the ideal size for this slicer.  Remember that cheese always slices better at room temperature and tastes better!
