All-natural creamy Cheeses made by Crowley Cheese Company. Crowley Cheese is Vermont's oldest cheesemaker dating back to 1824, when they made the cheese in their farm kitchen. In 1882, they built a factory to increase production and ship their cheese by railroad from Maine to New York.
Crowley's Cheese is a farm cheddar; a semi-firm raw milk cheese, with a distinctively smooth, creamy texture, and a sweet buttery taste. This cheese is made in small batches by hand with fresh, whole milk. No additives or preservatives and certified hormone free.
4 ounce or 8 ounce Block of Smoked Garlic: A Vermont classic for over 100 years, Crowley Cheese mixed with garlic and then maple wood-smoked.
