Bill at Fox Country Smokehouse smokes several cheeses including our own Harman's Cheddar.  He uses hickory smoking and we have some delicious choices for you.

Smoked Cheese Choices:
  Smoked Horseradish Cheddar, 6 oz block
  Smoked Gouda, 6 oz block
  Smoked Pepper Jack, 6 oz block.

All blocks are vacuum sealed and should keep 3 months if the seal is not compromised.  Once opened the softer cheeses should be used with 2-3 weeks.
