Add an egg, oil, water, vanilla, & butter to this mix and you'll make a delicious, lightly spiced coffee cake. 

You can also tweak the coffee cake by adding nuts, apples, fruit, or berries. Just 25 to 30 minutes in the oven and out comes a warm, aromatic, tempting treat.
