Memories, history, photos, and trivia tucked midst the 365 recipes. This cookbook is a collection of love from our customers, friends, visitors, family, employees, suppliers, and maybe even a tidbit from you.

The cookbook starts with the 1950's real estate ad that drew John & Kate Harman from New York City to Sugar Hill, New Hampshire. We've included memories of the John & Kate, history of the area, and a bit about us (the Aldrich family) and our part in this scheme of things. Little bits of trivia dot the book, for example - the wooden sign over the door was misspelled for quite a few years. The painter made a mistake but Mr. Harman decided to keep it up anyways!

This is a cookbook with loads of great recipes; not just for Cheddar Cheese (though we do have a nice section of Cheddar recipes). Look at the variety:

        Appetizers & Snacks
        Breakast & Brunch
        Soups, Stews, and Chowders
        Salads & Salad Dressings
        Breads, Muffins, Biscuits, & Doughnuts
        Vegetables
        Cheese - Cheddar of Course!
        Beef & Pork
        Poultry & Seafood
        Pies
        Cakes & Desserts
        Bars, Cookies, Fudge, & Candy
Pickles, Relishes, Jams, Jellies, and Preserves
And These, too! (That section for those other recipes!)

Artichoke & Crab Casserole to Zucchini Marmalade and so much more: Pan Roasted Granola, Dandelion Wine, Popcorn Balls . . . all just waiting for you to get out your spoon & bowl!
