                 Gluten-Free Cornmeal Rice (17 oz) Ingredients: Stoneground Cornmeal, Rice Flour, Dried Buttermilk*,Baking Powder, and Salt.

                      These pancakes are similar to a Johnny Cake.  Polly's grinds the corn at their restaurant making the freshest flour to produce the best pancakes.  Each package makes 12 to 16 medium sized pancakes, serving 8 people.

                      Ingredients: No added Sugar.  Stone-ground organic cornmeal, King Arthur unbleached flour, baking powder and salt.

                                  Just add a bottle of beer or club soda to this bread mix with a half stick of butter to bake a warm, buttery, homemade bread! Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes, then enjoy.

                                  Also a great mix for muffins or rolls, using your muffin tin: bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.   

                                  Use a light beer for a milder flavor or a dark beer for a richer bread. Substitute Club Soda for beer for an alcohol free bread that is just as delicious!
