Lyman’s Corn Relish
This is a colorful relish that has crept up from the south to New England. A beautiful accompaniment to a meat and potatoes dinner. Others love it on their sausage sandwiches or in their omelets.
Corn Relish tastes great on fish, serve with roasted Chicken, add to your pasta salad, sprinkle it over your tacos or burritos, add it to your cornbread recipes, add it to omelets or enjoy it on a hot dog!
Corn Relish Summer Salad: Mix Corn Relish with Black Beans, Fresh chunks of Tomatoes, Chopped Onions and Cilantro. Adjust proportions to your taste preferences.
