Bar Harbor's Indian Pudding has a new label but it's the same recipe and made by the same people.
Now called, Atlantic Indian Pudding; it is a rich Indian Pudding is made the traditional way in small batches with stone-ground corn meal, thick molasses, and other aromatic spices of the holidays (although it's great all year round).

These holiday cranberry meatballs are a tasty and elegant appetizer for the Christmas season! Meatballs are baked and pan glazed with our Cranberry Blood Orange Cognac Chutney.
Ingredients for Meatballs:
1/2 Pound Ground Hamburg
1/2 Pound Ground Pork
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/3 cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 tsp Salt
Ingredients for Cranberry Glaze:
1 Jar Wozz! Cranberry Blood Orange Cognac Chutney
1 Cup Orange Juice
3 Tbs Brown Sugar
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. In a large mixing bowl combine hamburg, pork, egg, breadcrumbs, cayenne, allspice, garlic powder and salt. Mix thoroughly.
3. Form meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. In a large saucepan, on medium heat, add 1 cup of orange juice, 1 jar of Wozz! Cranberry Blood Orange Cognac Chutney, brown sugar and fresh cranberries. Cook and stir until sauce combines and thickens up, approximately 3-5 minutes. Toss in your meatballs and coat well. Serve warm piled up in a bowl.
