Carl has been working at Harman's for several years and he may be the one that packed your package and probably has cut at least one of your blocks of cheese over the year.

In his spare-time, he is a wood-turner.   He makes these beautiful heavy-duty pizza cutters with hand-turned walnut handles.   

He also makes pizza cutters with other woods and deer antlers (but you have to provide the antler).  He also makes wood-turned pens, bowls, ornaments, even seam rippers for the quilters in our area.
