Zelda's Corn Relish is made small batches to preserve that homemade taste.  

A traditional garnish or side dish in the South, you will find that Corn Relish is Versatile!  Try it on fish, serve with roasted Chicken, add it to your breakfast omelet, add to your pasta salad, sprinkle it over your tacos or burritos, add it to your cornbread recipes.  Of course, it's a traditional Southern side dish with ham and potatoes.

Corn Relish Summer Salad:  Mix Corn Relish with Black Beans, Fresh chunks of Tomatoes, Chopped Onions and Cilantro.  Adjust proportions to your taste preferences.

Ingredients: Corn, Zucchini, Celery, Red & Green Peppers, Vinegar, Sugar, Onions, Garlic, Salt, Spices
