The relish that started Harman's carrying Zelda's products. This was such a delicious and unique relish that we just had to have it on our shelves. A spoonful is great addition to any entree on your dinner plate, the beets combined with the bit of horseradish gives just enough tang to wake up your tastebuds.

Zelda makes all of her pickles and relishes in small batches to preserve that homemade taste and tries to use locally-grown vegetables.

Ingredients: Fresh Garden Beets, Cabbage, Vinegar, Sugar, Onions, Horseradish, Salt
