Carl's Cheese Knife and Spreader

Carl has been working at Harman's for several years and he may be the one that packed your package and probably has cut at least one of your blocks of cheese over the years.
In his spare-time, he is a wood-turner. He made this cheese set with Harman's customers in mind. It is a cheese knife and cheese spreader with his hand-turned handles. This year he has added a cheese plane to the set.
He offers 3 types of wood for the handles:
Spalted Maple
Cherry
Walnut
Oak
He also makes wood-turned pens, pizza cutters, bowls, ornaments, even seam rippers for the quilters in our area.

Care of the Cheese Tools:
Hand wash to preserve the wood.
Do not let the wood handles soak in water.
Do not put in the dishwasher.
