We take our own Harman's Really-Aged Cheddar to the Fox Country Smoke House in Canterbury, New Hampshire. They hickory-smoke it just enough to enhance the flavor without masking our cheddar's unique taste. The Smoked Cheddar is from our Vintage May 2022 Cheddar, aged over 2 years.

This cheddar is vacuum-sealed and unopened it will keep 6 months in your refrigerator. Once opened, we guarantee that it will keep 4 weeks but you will probably discover that it keeps longer if you always wrap it up tight.  As with any cheddar, bring it to room temperature to enjoy the full flavor of this cheese.

Sold in 8 oz. (1/2 pound) blocks, vacuum-sealed.
