Using a family recipe from the 1880's as a starting point, Castleton Artisanal Crackers came into being in 2008. All of these Castleton crackers are all-natural and GMO free; using fresh local ingredients. They mix, roll, bake and crack them by hand creating beautiful rustic looking crackers.

Alehouse Cheddar is a tangy flavor combination of horseradish, mustard and artisan ale with a mellow Vermont farm cheddar to blend the flavors together. This cracker pairs well with smoked meats and fish, chutney's and mustards and, of course, is delicious with Harman's Cheddar. The Alehouse Cracker is also delicious right out of the box, all on its own.

Salted Maple is a a bit of sweet but not over-powering. It will pair well with meats and cheeses. Of course, it is made with 100% pure Vermont maple syrup.

Rosemary is the Castleton flavor that our customers think is perfect with Harman's Cheddar. These crunchy buttery crackers have the subtle herb taste of rosemary.

Multi-Seed Rye is a hearty crunchy cracker topped with caraway, sesame and poppy seeds, creating a unique flavor that will go with most cheeses.

Sesame Graham is not your typical Graham Cracker. It is a crispy cracker topped with toasted sesame seeds

Simply Wheat has a buttery flavor with a bit of kosher salt making it the perfect basic cracker for any deli tray of meats and cheeses.
