Harman's Aged Cheddar: Vintage May 2013
Harman’s vintage 2013 Aged Cheddar has been aged for 118 months (almost 10 years).
This is a natural, premium grade, white cheddar made in New York State especially for us on May 19, 2013.
This Cheddar is wrapped in saran and then in Kraft paper. It is NOT vacuum-sealed and should be eaten with 4 to 6 weeks.
No limit, you may order as many pounds as you wish.
The 2013 has some bite to it. All the employees and customers that have tasted it, love the flavor. After we cut cut each 42-pound block; the bits and pieces left over are divided into 10 piles, each pile put in an individual bag for the 10 of us who make up the Harman's team right now. Those bags are very precious and sometimes I think the team prefers them over their paycheck!

4+ years Aged Cheddar (vintage 2018)
Harman’s 2018 Aged Cheddar Cheddar is a natural, premium grade, white cheddar made in New York State especially for us. Aged for 57 months (almost 5 years).
That is not mold in the photo - that's the evidence of aging . . . look at the calcified bits in the cheese. The taste is superb . . . the team was all smiles as they enjoyed a taste and a bit to take home. I think the taste is even better than last year's almost 5-year aged cheddar. The flavor is so good . . . if you are in Sugar Hill, you can stop in and taste a free sample of it.
This Cheddar is wrapped in saran and then in Kraft paper. It is NOT vacuum-sealed and should be eaten with 4 to 6 weeks.
The size of a one-pound block is about 5 inches by 3.5 inches by 1.5 inches.
There is no purchase limit for this cheese, you may order as many pounds as you wish.

Harman's Smoked Cheddar
We take our own Harman's Really-Aged Cheddar to the Fox Country Smoke House in Canterbury, New Hampshire. They hickory smoke the Cheddar just enough to enhance the flavor without masking our cheddar's unique taste. The Smoked Cheddar is from our Vintage 2020, aged two years.
8 oz. (1/2 pound) blocks, vacuum-sealed.
